Есть несколько пунктов, которых нужно придерживаться при написании заключения:

1. Не пишите ничего нового в заключении, оно должно повторять уже ранее изложенные идеи в основной части эссе.
2. Ответьте на изначальный вопрос из задания. Если вас спросили: do you agree or disagree, важно еще раз отметить согласны вы или не согласы.
3. Несмотря на то, что заключение - это повторение идей из основных абзацев, постарайтесь не повторять их дословно, перефразируйте и получите более высокий балл по части lexical resource.
4. Для заключения достаточно 1-3 предложений, не пытайтесь уместить все, что было в эссе в заключение, вместо этого, отметьте важные идеи, без ухода в детали.
5. Даже если у вас совсем мало времени, постарайтесь сформулировать хотя бы поверхностное заключение, чтобы ваше эссе выглядело законченным, иначе есть риск потерять баллы по части Task response.
6. Используйте вводные слова in conclusion, to sum up, finally, to conclude, in a nutshell, in general etc, considering all mentioned above...etc.

Introduction - вступление у нас уже есть:
Some people argue that choosing a job with high wage is more advantageous than doing a job, which appeals to them, but doesn't bring decent money. I completely disagree with this opinion, as I believe that job satisfaction is far more valued than high income.

Body paragraph 1 - уже готово
To begin with, happiness with jobs gives people a sense of fulfillment that no money can guarantee (topic sentence). People, who receive high salaries, but feel tensed and struggle with their own conscience, will not enjoy the life no matter how much money they earn. While pursuing one's interests will always result in pleasure and contentment (supporting sentences). For example, most scientists made their career choices not because of appealing wages, but because of their passion about science, which resulted in great discoveries (example). That's why finding the kind of job that meets one's inner aspirations is valued more than just looking at a high salary (conclusion).

Body paragraph 2 - уже готово
Furthermore, doing what you like keeps you focused and thus contributes to a career development (topic sentence). In other words, the relationship between job satisfaction and efficiency is solid. People who love their jobs will easily succeed in their fields of work and perform better than those who put salaries first (supporting sentences). For instance, Joanne Rowling, the famous writer best known for writing the Harry Potter fantasy series, have tried several jobs, but the real success came only when she fully devoted herself to the writing career. And after enduring years of ups and downs she became one of the most famous and well-paid authors (example). Therefore, the benefits of jobs that keep you contented outweigh the downside of low wages in a long-term perspective (conclusion).

Напишем заключение, придерживаясь правил выше.

In conclusion, I firmly believe that job satisfaction is more beneficial for the person's well-being than high wages, as it helps people to be at peace with themselves and stay motivated.

И всё? Да, заключение может быть лаконичным, тем не менее, важно проверить:

1. Ответили ли мы на вопрос из задания? Да.
2. Объяснили ли мы почему так считаем? (без деталей?) Да.

По большому счету, мы переписали наше вступление другими словами и с акцентом на выводы, не добавив никаких новых мыслей, которые не упоминались в эссе.
